With the start of a new lunar cycle, I've been reminded of the importance of our "Season of Progress" tournament. Today, the top hundred heroes of the previous cycle were honored, their efforts and achievements duly recognized. This tournament not only identifies the strongest warriors but also contributes to the development of our society in the world of "IN."

I enjoy seeing how this system motivates the heroes. It brings dynamism and life to our community, encouraging heroes not just to strive for personal gain and the strengthening of their abilities, but also to actively participate in the development of the camp and exploration of the surrounding world. This creates a sense of unity and collective purpose, which is especially important in such an unpredictable and thrilling place as the world of "IN."

I sincerely hope that our community will continue to grow and evolve, transforming into a more organized and civilized society. Perhaps in the future, we will even have our own laws and rules that will govern our interactions and behavior within the group. Such laws could contribute to a fairer and more efficient distribution of resources and ensure order and stability in our rapidly developing community.

Today reminds me that beyond physical strength and magical abilities, our heroes possess other important qualities: the ability to work as a team, cohesion, and the pursuit of the common good.
