Day 71

With the first rays of the morning sun, our camps were filled with excitement and determination. The first day of the "Gem Hunt" tournament had begun, and I was amazed by the enthusiasm of the heroes. Many of them acted with such energy and zeal, as if they had truly consumed a dose of supercharged energy drink. Though, in this world, there is no food, thus no need for it. The feeling of hunger and culinary cravings are just echoes of the past in my mind.

The tournament attracted many newcomers. Their zeal and desire to prove themselves made the battle even more intense. But, of course, every day doesn't pass without special moments. Among all the heroes, amiref7 stood out to me. His eyes were ablaze with desperation when he confessed to me about his shortage of green gems for his growth and enhancement.

I thought I could simply gift him the necessary stones, but that would be unfair to other newcomers. So, I decided to reward all the heroes who had defeated at least one monster on this day. I gave each of them 300 gems. So many joyful faces! However, such a generous reward severely impacted my experimental reserves. If I continue at this rate, soon I won't have a single gem left! But the joy of the heroes was worth it. And at that moment, I couldn't hold back my laughter.
