Days 98-105
The full moon lit up the skies, and I barely noticed as these two weeks flew by. Heroes tirelessly continue their campaigns at the vanguard, battling monsters, while I've been immersed in deep contemplation and experiments with gems. One persistent thought haunts me: why was this energy sealed? Why are there so many gems, and why do monsters exhibit such aggressive behavior?
I've developed a theory that, although it seems to be a dead end, opens new horizons for reflection. What if the monsters attack us to prevent the unsealing of the gems' energy? Perhaps they see in it a source of threat, and their aggression is an attempt at protection. This creates a vicious cycle: we use gems for protection, but each new unsealing of energy attracts new monsters intent on stopping us.
However, this theory does not explain why any organic matter, upon dying, crystallizes into gems so rapidly. And why do gems, when aligned, release their energy and transform so swiftly?
These questions compel me to ponder the deeper aspects of this world. Perhaps the gems are not just a source of energy but also a key to understanding the more fundamental laws of this world. Maybe they act as a kind of bridge between the physical and metaphysical, between the visible and invisible, between life and death?
These contemplations fill me with both anxiety and exhilaration. For every new discovery in this world not only opens up new possibilities for us but also new mysteries. And every step forward leads us to an even deeper understanding of this strange, yet wondrous world.
