Fortunately, my comrades responded swiftly to my aid, repelling its assault, followed by other monsters, seemingly summoned from the cavern's bowels.

I implored the heroes to ensure my safety, allowing me to continue my experiments. My task was to understand how to utilize the power of gems for mining and processing minerals. This interaction required time and patience, as the future of our camp and the expansion of our resources hung in the balance.

These days in the cave will test not just my resilience but that of our entire community.
