Day 176: On the Brink of New Discoveries
Today was supposed to be filled with routine research and experiments, but instead, it brought something extraordinary. Early in the morning, jackalvictor burst into the camp, announcing that the path to the ancient ruins had been cleared and that previously unseen monsters had been encountered in the foothills. His words filled the camp with a spirit of adventure and new discoveries.
As I headed to the Ruins location, Almazik456 unexpectedly approached me, holding a strange object. It was a stone shard, sealed with an unknown energy and adorned with symbols of a language unfamiliar to us. This "Mysterious Artifact" could be the key to understanding an ancient civilization, evidenced by the ruins.
The ruins turned out to be the remnants of buildings constructed by a clearly intelligent civilization. Discovering that a sophisticated culture once existed here has completely overturned my understanding of this world. Finding artifacts is prompting me to revise plans and delve deeper into the study of the world of "IN."
I asked the heroes to gather as many such artifacts as possible and bring them to me for study. They might help us better understand the history and magic of this place, and unlock the secrets of long-forgotten technologies.
Returning to camp, Forly stopped me with a seemingly absurd question: he suggested that the artifact resonates with heroes of the "Archon" grade. I couldn't believe such a possibility, but upon touching the artifact, I felt something unfathomable—it indeed emitted a resonance similar to the energy of high-grade heroes.
Now, one question dominates my thoughts: Do these artifacts truly originate from this world? Or do their roots extend to other dimensions or times? We have much work ahead to unravel this mystery.
